Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Capt. Billy Clyde Alstrom has had a passion for fishing since childhood. At the young age of 10 he owned his first boat on Longboat Key, allowing him to become intimately familiar with the coastal waters of Sarasota Bay, Anna Maria, Manatee River and Tampa Bay. While in High School, Capt. Billy Clyde earned his Coast Guard Mariner credentials and he has traveled abroad to the Bahamas, Guatemala, Belize, Costa Rica and Mexico to fish. For the past three years, Capt. Billy Clyde has been a co-host of one of the country’s top saltwater TV series, Fishing the Flats, alongside Master Angler Henry Waszczuk. He is also active in many local fishing tournaments, repeatedly placing in the top three and catching trophy 40 inch snook and redfish.

With his many years of successful fishing experience, Capt. Billy Clyde is well known for his vast knowledge, enthusiastic professionalism, and unparalleled skill. His passion on the water is unmatched and whether it is your first trip, or one of many, his knowledge and expertise will ensure you have the trip of a lifetime!

About our Charter Boat

ANDROSOur 23 foot Andros is the ultimate bay boat perfect for inshore and nearshore fishing. The classic panga hull design is ideal for fishing the shallow flats for snook or for hooking a redfish in a foot of water. If you thirst for adventure, the 200 hsp Evinrude E-TEC engine can easily run us out to one of the nearshore reefs to catch grouper, snapper and permit. The Andros gives you a smooth, dry ride and its unique design makes it one of the most versatile boats on the water.

The center console design features a roomy bow with fits for up to 6 people comfortably. Our boat has a spacious stern with two live wells. It is rigged with top of the line equipment including a Garman GPS fish locator, Minn Kota trolling motor, marine radio with am/fm stereo, cell phone and U.S. Coast Guard approved safety equipment.

All of our fishing trips are customized to fit your personal wishes.

Our prices include live and artificial bait, fishing license for up to 4 people, rods and reels, tackle and ice. All prices are based on 2 passengers. Add an extra $ 50 per additional passengers. Inshore charters can accommodate up to 6 passengers. We will also clean your fish!


Half Day Trips
